1. Overview

Welcome to the online store operated by HR Tech Conferences LLC (doing business as Hacking HR, "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hacking HR Shopify storefront (the "Site") and any purchase of products or digital content from the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting the Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced or linked herein. If you do not agree to all the Terms, then you may not access the Site or use any Services. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Online Store Terms

  • Age Requirement. The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

  • U.S. Customers Only. At this time, we sell and ship products only within the United States.

4. Products & Services

We offer physical merchandise (including mugs, stickers, T‑shirts, sweatshirts, and other items) produced on‑demand, as well as digital downloads and access to certain membership benefits. Every product is made or fulfilled once ordered, which may result in minor variations from listing images.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • Payment Methods. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Hacking HR gift cards (if applicable).

  • Order Acceptance. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or stock availability.

  • Taxes. Prices shown do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout in accordance with state and local laws.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Fulfillment Partner. All physical products are printed and shipped by our third‑party partner Printify.

  • Processing Time. Typical production time is 2–7 business days. Shipping transit time within the United States is usually 3–5 business days, but may vary.

  • Shipping Rates. Rates are displayed at checkout and are based on Printify’s current shipping tables.

  • Tracking. A tracking number will be provided when available. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because products are printed on demand, returns and exchanges are generally not supported when a customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact us at laurie@hackinghr.io within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer either:

  1. A free reprint, or

  2. A refund to your original payment method.

No physical product needs to be returned. Digital products and gift cards are final sale and non‑refundable.

8. Digital Downloads

Digital templates and other downloadable content are licensed for your personal, non‑commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files.

9. Hacking HR Premium Membership

Hacking HR Premium members receive complimentary access to selected digital downloads. All membership fees, renewal terms, and cancellation options are governed by the separate Membership Agreement available at https://hackinghrlab.io/pricing/.

10. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, images, comics, product designs, and other content appearing on the Site (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of HR Tech Conferences LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual‑property laws. No Content may be used, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written permission.

11. User‑Generated Content

If you post reviews or other content on the Site, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, or modify that content in any media.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to violate any regulations, laws, or ordinances, or to infringe upon our intellectual‑property rights.

13. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Site, all products, and all digital content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall HR Tech Conferences LLC, its owners, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any Service or any products purchased.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HR Tech Conferences LLC and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms.

17. Termination

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing use of the Site. We may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and deny you access to the Site if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our Site. It is your responsibility to check our Site periodically for changes.
