Refund policy

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like wrong size, color, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or with a print error, please contact us at laurie@hackinghr.io within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll offer either a free reprint or a refund.

All digital downloads and templates are final sale and not eligible for refund.
