Yes. Orders of 12 to 49 items get 10% off and 50 to 199 items get 15% off, applied automatically at checkout. For 200+ items, request a team quote.

You can download your files right after checkout. Guides and handbooks are PDFs. Templates come as a PDF with a link to the live version in Google Sheets or Docs, where you make your own copy to edit.

Guides open in any PDF reader. For templates you need a free Google account to make your copy, and from there you can also download it for Excel or Word.

To the United States and many countries worldwide. Availability can vary by product and fulfillment partner.

Orders over $50 ship free, worldwide. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Each item is made to order, which takes 2–7 business days. After that, delivery usually takes:

• United States: 2–5 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• Europe: 5–12 business days
• Australia, New Zealand, East Asia: 7–14 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Not always. Different products are made by different print partners, so a mug and a T-shirt in the same order can arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package gets its own tracking.

Yes. We email tracking details as soon as your order ships. Tracking can be limited for some international destinations.

We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses in the United States, though delivery may take longer. We may not be able to deliver to overseas military bases or international PO Boxes.

Not right now. We offer standard shipping only, to keep pricing simple.

Because everything is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a wrong size, color, or a change of mind. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

We’re sorry! Email laurie@hackinghr.io within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll send a free replacement or a refund. There’s no need to send the item back.

Digital downloads and templates are final sale and can’t be refunded.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.

Email laurie@hackinghr.io as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we can usually update the address or cancel it. Once production has started, changes aren’t possible.

First check your tracking link. If it’s past the delivery estimate above, email us with your order number and we’ll look into it.

Every apparel product page has a size guide with that item’s exact measurements. Our most common tee, the Gildan 64000 Softstyle, is unisex and true to size. Measure a shirt you like and compare.

Very little. Our main tee is pre-shrunk cotton, and most other apparel is pre-shrunk or a cotton-poly blend. Expect about 3–5% at most. Washing cold and tumble drying low helps.

Apparel is printed direct-to-garment (DTG). Mugs, stickers, and accessories use high-quality digital printing or sublimation, depending on the item.

With normal use and the care instructions on each product, prints hold up well: apparel through many washes, mugs and stickers without fading.

Designs are scaled to each shirt size so they look balanced, so the print is a little larger on bigger sizes.
